  1. Hello,

I am working on a potential ASCD grant for teacher professional development. I am researching a few potential PD areas that my teachers may be interested in learning and Teach Like a Pirate is one. Could you give me an estimate of how much it would cost to have you come and speak? We have to submit a budget with the proposal. Also, if we receive the grant, what is your engagement calendar like? How far out do we need to plan? I teach for Randolph County Schools in North Carolina.

  2. Dave,
My fourth grade teachers are going to do a “Teach Like a Pirate” book study this summer. I was wondering how to go about booking you to speak in person to my staff. Thank you.

  4. Hi Dave,
We are looking for annual conference kenote for Thursday Feb. 2nd, 2017 in Austin, Texas for the TEXAS ASSOCIATION FOR ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION, This is a teacher group for “kids at risk” and funding wise they are at the bottom of the totem pole feeling unappreciated. These teachers are unique in that they can teach these tough kids when mainstream teachers can not reach them.
We are looking for the following time slots: 8:30am-9:45 Keynote “Teach Like a Pirate” followed by 10:15-11:15 “Your Not Alone”

I read your book this summer and shared it with my principal. We would love for you to come and do a workshop with our staff this fall. We are a K-12 school in Gadsden, AL. What is the cost? I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks!

  10. Good Evening Dave!
We brought you in to speak to our staff in the Horseheads School District last year. I was wondering if you could tell me where you will be speaking for the 2016 – 2017 school year. I would love to bring some of my staff members to one of your sessions who did not hear you speak last year.
    Thanks, Patti Sotero
